Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy for the items you ordered from the date you received it.

Item(s) can be returned for store credit only. Unless there is fault by Wescup and we are at fault, we will pay for the return postage. 

To return your item, you must request a return label.

The complete cost of the label and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refunds and Exchanges
If our quality control team has approved the returned stock, you will be emailed a store credit in the amount of your purchase, less the initial shipping cost and the full shipping cost to return the item. Exchange orders will ship within 24 hours of the original item being received back, depending on stock availability and according to our shipping policy.
